Unanet, Xpedeon expand North America construction tie-up
Unanet and Algorithms Software have expanded their partnership into North America, linking Unanet's construction CRM software with Algorithms Software's Xpedeon ERP platform for construction companies.
The move builds on an existing collaboration in the UK. In North America, the combined offering is intended to help contractors manage work from early business development through project delivery and financial management.
The integrated system combines Unanet's CRM tools for managing opportunities, relationships and proposals with Xpedeon's ERP software for finance, operations, project execution and supply chain management. It is designed to close the gap between front-end business development systems and back-office project and finance software.
Construction companies often use separate systems for sales activity, project management and accounting, making it harder to track performance across a job's lifecycle. The combined setup is designed to give firms a single flow of data from pipeline tracking to invoicing.
North America
Algorithms Software operates in the region through Xpedeon America. The expansion gives both companies a broader presence in the North American construction technology market, where contractors are under pressure to improve project visibility, cost control and coordination between teams.
Users will be able to connect business development, operations and finance in one platform, with a clearer view across the project pipeline, live work and financial performance. The link between the two systems is also intended to improve alignment between teams that often work from different data sets.
For Unanet, the agreement adds to its wider push in construction software for architecture, engineering and construction firms. It says it serves more than 4,200 government contractors, architecture, engineering and construction businesses.
Xpedeon describes itself as a construction ERP provider with three decades of industry experience and operations across the UK, the Gulf region and India. Its software is used by contractors, developers and offsite manufacturers.
Executive views
Akshay Mahajan, Executive Vice President of AEC at Unanet, described the partnership as part of the company's wider integration strategy for construction customers.
"The partnership with Xpedeon complements our robust portfolio of industry-leading integrations and solutions that help construction firms grow, manage, and thrive," said Akshay Mahajan, Executive Vice President of AEC, Unanet. "Partnerships with purpose-built solutions like Xpedeon are one of many ways we're delivering for our construction customers, and we'll continue to seek out avenues to ensure AEC companies of all types have the very best options for their businesses."
Algorithms Software said the partnership addresses a longstanding issue for contractors trying to scale while keeping project and commercial data in sync.
"Construction companies don't struggle to grow because they can't win work or deliver projects, they struggle because of poor visibility and misalignment between teams," said Janak Vakharia, Group CEO, Algorithms Software. "We've solved this challenge across multiple global regions, and bringing that proven model to North America marks a significant milestone. Together with Unanet, we're enabling construction firms to operate with complete clarity - from opportunity through to delivery."
The combined software is intended for construction firms seeking tighter links between customer relationship management, operational delivery and financial reporting. The partnership targets a market where technology buyers increasingly want systems that connect pre-construction activity with project execution and back-office controls.
Unanet has built its business around software for project-based organisations, while Xpedeon focuses on construction-specific ERP. The North American expansion brings those products together in a single commercial arrangement for contractors seeking one connected process from winning work to completing it.
