Noah has closed a USD $38 million seed funding round, including a USD $16 million extension backed by Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital and other investors.

The stablecoin payments infrastructure provider will use the funds to expand in the US, including opening a New York office, and to grow its network across more than 150 markets and 60 currencies.

Noah added more than 150 customers this year as businesses and financial institutions increased their use of stablecoin-based cross-border payments. Revenue rose 538% year on year in 2026 and 31% month on month.

The company provides cross-border payment services directly to enterprises and individuals, and also works through partners including consumer platforms, fintechs, neobanks and workforce platforms. Its model connects stablecoin settlement to local payment rails rather than traditional correspondent banking chains.

It plans to use the money to expand its regulatory footprint, hire more engineering and compliance staff, and deepen links with local payment systems in its busiest markets.

Growth market

The funding comes as payment groups and their customers seek alternatives to long-established cross-border banking routes. Industry figures cited by Noah show cross-border payments reached USD $208 trillion in 2025, generating an estimated USD $625 billion in annual revenue for banks and intermediaries.

Small and medium-sized business payments account for a relatively small share of those flows, but a larger share of banks' revenue. According to the figures, those businesses pay USD $194 billion a year in fees, foreign exchange spreads and operational charges.

Noah said stablecoin use in the small and medium-sized business market is rising quickly. It cited annualised B2B stablecoin payment volumes of USD $226 billion, up 733% year on year, while noting that stablecoins still account for less than 1% of the USD $34.8 trillion annual cross-border B2B market.

Shah Ramezani, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Noah, said the company aims to replace slower international transfer processes with a single settlement system.

"Stablecoins combine the flexibility of digital currencies with the stability of fiat currencies to allow money to move at the speed of the internet. We are able to replace the slow and expensive traditional banking approach to international transfers with a single settlement platform," said Shah Ramezani, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Noah.

Ramezani also outlined the group's broader ambition for international payments infrastructure.

"Noah is building the infrastructure that will make one-click international transactions possible everywhere, with full compliance at both the origination and destination of funds. Just as neobanks have revolutionised domestic banking, we want to redefine global money transfer markets," he said.

Investor backing

Endeit Capital led the extension alongside the other investors named in the round. Jonne de Leeuw, Partner at Endeit Capital, said the firm had been looking for a company focused on stablecoin infrastructure for cross-border payments.

"Cross-border payments still run on rails built decades ago, and we had been looking for the leader in stablecoin infrastructure for some time. We found it in Noah: the team and product are setting the standard in the space, and the customer traction shows the demand is real. Backing Thijn and Shah was a no-brainer, and we can't wait to see them take Noah to the next level," said Jonne de Leeuw, Partner at Endeit Capital, who oversees the fund's fintech investments.

Thijn Lamers, Co-Founder of Noah and a member of Adyen's founding team, said the company was built to address the difficulty of moving money across borders while meeting local regulatory requirements and payment rules.

"Stablecoin is critical to the future of money movement. International transfers are highly regulated and increasingly challenging because every country, currency and payment method requires local partnerships, integrations and compliance infrastructure. We founded Noah to set money free by building an international network where the on-ramps, off-ramps and compliance are built in, so payments can move seamlessly across the world.

"Over the next 12 months, Noah is scaling its business to support four to five times its current revenue, with the longer-term ambition of becoming the underlying network through which businesses move money internationally. We want to make stablecoin settlement invisible to the companies and individuals benefiting from it," said Thijn Lamers, Co-Founder of Noah.
