Cloudbeds tops HotelTechAwards for hotel software win
Cloudbeds has won the Hotel Management Software category at the 2026 HotelTechAwards and received finalist recognition in several other product areas, alongside workplace and customer-choice rankings.
The HotelTechAwards rank hotel technology products using verified hotelier reviews and performance signals. Hotel Tech Report runs the programme. It describes the awards as data-driven and distinct from judging panels.
Cloudbeds placed as a finalist in the Property Management Systems category and the Channel Managers category. The company also ranked third in the 10 Best Places to Work list and fourth in the Top 10 Hotelier's Choice list.
Award method
Hotel Tech Report said it uses a transparent methodology. It said it evaluates customer satisfaction, product functionality, integration strength, organisational health, and support quality.
Hotel Tech Report CEO Jordan Hollander commented on the results.
"The HotelTechAwards are unique because they're decided entirely by hoteliers who actively use these platforms every day," said Jordan Hollander, CEO, Hotel Tech Report. "Cloudbeds' performance across multiple categories shows how consistently the platform delivers value, from core operations to company culture. That combination is rare."
Product focus
Cloudbeds markets a unified platform for hotels. It said the product combines property management, distribution, revenue intelligence, and guest experience tools in one system. The company said hoteliers use its products in more than 150 countries.
The category win related to hotel management software. The finalist placements related to property management systems and channel management products.
Cloudbeds CEO Adam Harris linked the result to customer feedback and company direction.
"This recognition belongs to the hoteliers who use our platform every day" said Cloudbeds CEO Adam Harris. "Their feedback and trust-and our team's commitment to listening and building-are what shape both our platform and our culture. We're proud of the recognition, but even more focused on what comes next. Hospitality is moving beyond isolated systems toward connected platforms that actually drive growth, and we're building that future alongside the hoteliers pushing the industry forward."
Competitive field
Hotel Tech Report said the awards assessed more than 200 hotel technology solutions worldwide. Cloudbeds received recognition across five categories in that field.
The results land as hotel operators and technology suppliers continue to debate platform consolidation versus point solutions. Vendors increasingly position integrated suites as a response to complex operating environments and fragmented data.
Cloudbeds said it enhances its platform with a hospitality AI model called Signals. The company described it as part of its wider product set for hotel operations and commercial functions.
Cloudbeds was founded in 2012. The company has received other industry awards and rankings in recent years, according to its own disclosures, including recognition from Hotel Tech Report, the World Travel Awards, and Deloitte's Technology Fast 500.
Cloudbeds said it will continue work on connected systems for hospitality technology and referenced ongoing product development as its next focus.
