ThreeSixty names Chris Tyner to expand US consultancy

ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group has appointed Chris Tyner as Director - Projects & Technology Services, expanding the consultancy's US team.
Tyner joins from lululemon, where he led the Global Fulfilment program track for the retailer's expansion into Mexico. He worked across logistics, trade compliance and technology as lululemon brought the country's operations in-house from a franchise model.
The appointment follows ThreeSixty's move into the US market under Executive Director USA Scott Munn, as the Australian consultancy adds senior staff to build its presence with American clients.
Founded in Melbourne in 2018, ThreeSixty has delivered more than 200 projects across retail, eCommerce, fast-moving consumer goods, healthcare, industrial and third-party logistics. Its clients include lululemon, Kmart, Stryker, ASICS, Blackwoods, Chemist Warehouse, Spotlight, Nestle and Unilever.
Tyner brings more than 25 years of program and project management experience across supply chain, finance and technology. Before lululemon, he spent more than a decade as Director of the Oracle Practise at AXIA Consulting, leading transformation programmes for clients including AK Steel, Dell Technologies, Neenah Paper and Intelligrated.
He also held senior programme and IT leadership roles at Eaton, adding experience in enterprise transformation and ERP implementation as ThreeSixty pursues growth in the US market.
US build-out
The hire also reflects Tyner and Munn's existing professional relationship: they have worked together for more than 20 years. ThreeSixty has said it wants to build its US operation with executives it already knows and trusts.
That approach comes as consulting firms compete for supply chain work tied to distribution network changes, technology projects and broader business transformation. Retail and consumer businesses, in particular, continue to review logistics models, fulfilment operations and systems as they adjust to shifting demand patterns and cost pressures.
ThreeSixty describes itself as an independent supply chain consultancy spanning inventory planning, network strategy, warehouse design and automation, technology implementation and operational optimisation. The group built its business in Australia before expanding into the United States.
"This is an opportunity to help build something from the ground up with people I already trust," said Chris Tyner, Director - Projects & Technology Services, ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group.
"I've spent much of my career growing consulting practices, and after talking with ThreeSixty, it was clear this is a business that does right by its clients and invests in its people. I'm looking forward to bringing my program management and IT delivery experience to the team and helping grow ThreeSixty's presence for customers across the US."
Munn said Tyner's experience would be important as the company develops its US business, pointing to their long working relationship.
"I've worked with Chris for 20 years, and he is the consummate professional," said Scott Munn, Executive Director - USA, ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group.
"Throughout that time, I've seen him consistently deliver for clients, lead complex programs with discipline, and build trust across organisations. He brings the experience, judgment and client focus we need as we continue building ThreeSixty's presence in the US, and I'm excited to have the opportunity to work alongside him again."
Growth plans
For ThreeSixty, the hire is part of a broader effort to translate its Australian consulting model into the US market. Leadership said the aim is to expand the team gradually while maintaining continuity in how it works with clients.
Co-Founder & CEO Arthur Dardoumbas linked the appointment to that strategy and to the existing ties among the senior team.
"Chris is another important step in building out our US team," said Arthur Dardoumbas, Co-Founder & CEO, ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group.
"He and Scott have worked together for more than two decades, and that kind of trust matters when you're building a business in a new market. Chris brings strong program management and IT delivery experience that complements what we already do well, and we're looking forward to seeing the impact he and Scott have together as we grow in the region."
Dardoumbas said the company sees the US as an extension of the business it has built in Australia.
"Our plan has always been to take what we've built in Australia to help more customers in the US, with the right people leading the way," he said. "Chris adds real depth to what we can offer customers in this market, and we're excited to keep building the team from here."
