Payouts.com has signed a long-term agreement with Replit, expanding an existing partnership between the companies.

Under the arrangement, Payouts.com will use Replit's technology across customer-facing and operational parts of its business, including vendor portals, customer dashboards, onboarding flows, internal administration tools, and the user interface for its AI agents. Business teams will be able to build prototype ideas, shape workflows, and create early versions of tailored products before they move to product, engineering, security, and compliance review.

The process is intended to cut product development times from about three months to a matter of days while maintaining audit trails and PCI and compliance standards. Replit will sit within the company's existing financial infrastructure and shared product foundations, built by its engineering and AI teams.

The agreement reflects a broader shift in how some software companies organise product work, giving more non-engineering teams direct tools to develop applications and workflows. Payouts.com has structured its organisation around roles such as prototyper, builder, sweeper, grower, and maintainer, rather than more conventional divisions between engineering, product, design, and data.

Barak Hirchson, Co-founder and Chief AI Officer at Payouts.com, described the agreement as part of a broader redesign of how the company operates.

"With Replit, we are shaping how we want our company to look and operate in two years," said Barak Hirchson, Co-founder and Chief AI Officer at Payouts.com. "An organisation where everyone builds across every layer, ultimately helping our customers pay anyone, anywhere. This partnership essentially dissolves the line between operator and builder."

Noor Qasim, Chief Operating Officer at Payouts.com, said the changes are already reshaping how internal teams respond to client demands.

"What used to take weeks now takes days, and the people who understand the business are the ones building it," said Noor Qasim, Chief Operating Officer at Payouts.com. "Our operations, compliance, and customer success teams are at the forefront of clients' needs, and with Replit we can implement serious improvements and customizations in a fraction of the time."

Operational changes

The partnership covers much of the application layer used by customers and employees, including the systems through which users interact with financial workflows and the internal tools used to manage those processes.

For Payouts.com, which describes itself as a financial operations platform, the move comes as it pushes further into AI-led finance software. The company recently introduced Digital Employee, a suite of role-based AI agents designed to handle routine finance department work such as accounts payable, collections, treasury operations, and month-end close.

Those agents are designed to run multi-step tasks over longer periods rather than answer single prompts. They can read and process invoices with OCR, match them against purchase orders, draft correspondence in a company's tone, call internal APIs and tools, and seek human input when decisions fall outside predefined limits.

The Replit agreement suggests Payouts.com wants to connect that AI-led approach more directly to how it designs and adjusts client-facing products. By putting more building tools in the hands of operations, compliance, and customer success teams, the company aims to shorten the gap between identifying a customer need and testing a working version of a solution.

Broader market

Replit has built its business around software creation through natural language and says enterprises as well as individual developers use its platform. It says it has more than 60 million users worldwide and users at 85% of Fortune 500 companies.

Its enterprise customer base includes Zillow, Atlassian, Adobe, Accenture, and Databricks, according to the company. Replit also says it has partnerships with Google, Stripe, and Slack.

Ghazi Masood, Chief Revenue Officer at Replit, said the partnership reflects demand from larger companies for tools that can change software delivery cycles.

"Enterprises are demanding new solutions to scale their global businesses," said Ghazi Masood, Chief Revenue Officer at Replit. "Replit was built for enterprises like Payouts.com and we are thrilled to partner with them as they pave the way for a new standard of speed and customer service in financial infrastructure."

Payouts.com is headquartered in Herzliya, Israel, with commercial operations in the United States. It says it manages cross-border disbursements and related functions including compliance, KYC, foreign exchange, rail selection, and recipient identity, and holds SOC 2 Type II and PCI-DSS Level 1 certifications.
