Loop & Global-e partner to simplify global returns

Loop has announced a partnership with Global-e aimed at simplifying cross-border returns for merchants and customers worldwide.

The collaboration seeks to enhance return processes for Shopify brands by integrating Loop's portal with Global-e's e-commerce expertise to facilitate international expansion. As a result, merchants can expect a consistent returns experience across both domestic and international markets, leading to more efficient operations and increased customer trust.

The partnership allows Loop's merchants to handle international e-commerce complexities with greater ease through Global-e's role as Merchant of Record. By managing duties, taxes, and other related processes, the collaboration aims to reduce administrative overhead and unlock new revenue opportunities globally.

Key features of this integration include streamlined returns processes from various global locations, management of sophisticated return policies using Loop's Workflows feature, and improved revenue retention through offering store credit for international returns. Additionally, merchants will benefit from enhanced reporting, insight capabilities, and competitive international shipping rates via Global-e's extensive network of global carriers.
