Argon & Co rebrands Bevington in Asia-Pacific push

APAC expansion

Argon & Co has rebranded Bevington Group under its own name, expanding the consultancy's presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Strategic design

The integration brings Bevington Group's work in strategic and operating model design together with Argon & Co's operational transformation and execution capabilities. As part of the change, the firm has also launched a service line called Strategic Design by Argon & Co.

The move reflects a broader push by consultancies to offer clients both strategic advice and delivery support in a single engagement. As companies face shifting markets, digital disruption and the spread of artificial intelligence, scrutiny has grown over whether transformation plans can be carried through into day-to-day operations.

Integration push

Argon & Co said the combined offer is intended to link strategy development more closely with implementation. The firm operates from 17 offices across Europe, Australasia, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East.

Bevington Group built its reputation around strategic design and operating model work. Under the new structure, that specialism is being folded into Argon & Co's wider consulting network in Asia-Pacific and beyond.

The Strategic Design offer is aimed at enterprise-wide transformation programmes. It embeds implementation, people, process and operational considerations into planning at an earlier stage.

This approach addresses a recurring challenge in the advisory market: clients often separate strategy work from execution and then struggle to maintain continuity between the two phases. By bringing those functions under one banner, firms aim to retain oversight of programmes from planning through delivery.

Paul Eastwood outlined the rationale for the integration.

"This is a significant step forward for our APAC business, bringing together complementary capabilities that reinforce our ability to support clients across the full transformation journey. The pace of change facing organisations continues to accelerate, creating a need for more connected approaches to transformation. By enhancing our expertise with Strategic Design, we are better positioned to help clients adapt, evolve and realise value from change initiatives," said Paul Eastwood, Managing Partner, APAC and USA, Argon & Co.

He also pointed to the fit between the two organisations.

"Importantly, the integration of Bevington Group and Argon & Co is underpinned by a strong cultural alignment, with both teams sharing a commitment to collaboration, pragmatism and delivering meaningful client outcomes. This gives us a stronger platform to help clients transition from strategy to execution with greater speed, clarity and impact," said Eastwood.

Client demand

The integration gives Argon & Co a clearer design proposition in a market where clients increasingly want advisory firms to show how high-level plans will translate into process changes, workforce changes and operational results. Demand has intensified as organisations review business models in response to automation, cost pressure and changing customer expectations.

Roger Perry, who leads the Strategic Design unit, said the change would alter how clients engage with the firm.

"I am excited about this next chapter as Bevington Group becomes Strategic Design by Argon & Co. It enables clients to work with one integrated partner across strategy development and execution rather than fragmented advisory and delivery providers. For our clients, this means a more integrated way to move from idea to impact, supported by enhanced global scale and AI-enabled capability," said Roger Perry, Managing Partner, Strategic Design by Argon & Co.

The rebranding forms part of Argon & Co's wider investment in transformation work globally, as it seeks greater continuity and accountability across long-running client programmes. The firm's sector coverage includes supply chain planning, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, finance and shared services.

The change also signals how specialist consultancies are being absorbed into broader platforms as clients ask for fewer advisers and clearer lines of responsibility. For firms such as Argon & Co, that creates pressure to offer both front-end design work and implementation support within the same organisation.
