Dayforce enhances partner network with new programmes & alliances
Dayforce has announced enhancements to its Dayforce Partner Network (DPN) focused on expanding service delivery, community outreach, and technology and innovation partnerships.
The three pillars of the enhanced network aim to provide customers with more options, increased flexibility, and reduce the time needed to gain value from the Dayforce platform by growing the resources available through its partner ecosystem.
The company has introduced new programmes and alliances to deliver greater value for its customers by strengthening partner expertise, widening access, and enabling faster adoption of its platform. Among the service delivery initiatives, Dayforce has entered partnerships with Deloitte, CGI, Align HCM, and HCLTech to expand implementation capacity and extend subject matter expertise across industries. An enterprise training subscription has also been developed to scale partner enablement and enhance partner effectiveness. According to Dayforce, these actions are intended to ensure customers benefit from quicker deployments and more consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Community partnerships have also been a focus, with Dayforce introducing a direct-to-private equity strategy, extending its public sector presence through OMNIA Partners, and maintaining collaboration with Coretrust. These efforts are targeted at expanding Dayforce's reach within private equity, public sector, and enterprise markets, providing customers with earlier access to platform advances and streamlined procurement processes.
On the technology and innovation front, Dayforce continues to build alliances that broaden its capabilities. The company has expanded partnerships with Microsoft, Docusign for eSignatures, Emburse for expense management, and Go1 for learning content. Dayforce will also launch a Carrier Partner Programme to make benefits delivery simpler, leveraging direct API integrations for efficiency.
Dayforce is introducing two additional initiatives aimed at expanding its ecosystem and strengthening the overall partner impact. A new Resell Programme is intended to broaden customer access via trusted partners and generate recurring revenue for participants. In tandem, the company has unveiled the Dayforce Developer Community, a dedicated hub designed to support co-creation and extensibility. This community enables partners to build integrations, plug-ins, and enhancements, which can then be deployed across the Dayforce ecosystem. Beata Reimer, Group Vice President, Global Partner Ecosystem at Dayforce, Inc., stated,
"In our fast-moving world, speed and trust matter more than ever - and our partners deliver both. This transformation isn't just about expanding reach, it's about building a partner network that leads with innovation, drives growth, and delivers measurable impact - giving customers more choice, greater confidence, and stronger ROI from their Dayforce investment."
Dayforce emphasized that as artificial intelligence advances, regulations change, and workforces evolve, it sees trusted partners as critical to helping organisations scale and realise lasting value. The enhancements to the Dayforce Partner Network are designed to provide customers with deeper expertise and quicker pathways to maximise their return on investment from Dayforce solutions.
The company outlined that through its partnerships and new programmes, customers will see advantages in capability scaling, access to specialised industry knowledge, and a streamlined procurement and deployment process. With technology partnerships set to bring added functionality in payroll, talent management, time tracking, and learning, the Dayforce platform's extensibility and integration capabilities are expected to improve further.
The newly announced Resell Programme and Developer Community reflect an increased focus on ecosystem collaboration. The Resell Programme is aimed at enabling partners to deliver Dayforce services in new markets, while offering opportunities for mutual business growth. The Developer Community, meanwhile, is designed to support innovation by allowing technical partners to co-create and enhance the platform's capabilities in response to customer needs.
Dayforce expects that the enhancements to its partner network will help organisations adopt, scale, and maximise the value of its platform, responding to evolving workforce and regulatory demands.
